- Ship the Item: Send the item back to the address provided by our Customer Support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

3. Reasons for Return & Options
- Change of Mind: If you've changed your mind about an item, you can return it under our general conditions (Section 1). You will typically be eligible for a refund to your original payment method (minus any original shipping costs), store credit, or an exchange for an item of equal value.
- Incorrect Item Received: If you received an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and will cover the cost of returning the incorrect item.
