1. General Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• You have initiated the return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item is in its original, unopened, and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, labels, manuals, and accessories intact.
• The item is not on our non-returnable list (see section 5).
• You have valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, receipt).

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Notify our Customer Support team via email at contact@igadget.dz or by phone at 0550020277  within the specified return window. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send back the item.
3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of your proof of purchase and the RAN.
4. Ship the Item: Send the item back to the address provided by our Customer Support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

3. Reasons for Return & Options

• Change of Mind: If you've changed your mind about an item, you can return it under our general conditions (Section 1). You will typically be eligible for a refund to your original payment method (minus any original shipping costs), store credit, or an exchange for an item of equal value.
• Incorrect Item Received: If you received an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and will cover the cost of returning the incorrect item.
• Damaged or Defective Item:
• Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible, or note the damage with the courier and contact us and provide photos of the damage.
• Defective Item: If the item is found to be defective within 7 days of receipt (or a longer period if covered by a manufacturer's warranty facilitated by us), please contact us. We will guide you through the warranty or return process. This may involve a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the defect and manufacturer policies.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or issued as store credit, within 5 business days.
• Please note that original shipping fees (if any) are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Software, downloadable products, and gift cards.
• Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
• Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
• Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
• Clearance or "Final Sale" items (unless defective).

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. Alternatively, contact our Customer Support to see if a direct exchange can be facilitated.
